About Us

It all started 23 years ago in a small 1200 square foot building. We opened up with as many guitars and drum sets as we could afford to buy with our savings. Years later, we moved to our current location at 7540 North Market Street (many locals remember it as the Arcade Bowling Lanes). Now we have about 10,000 square feet of space loaded with all the best names in the musical instrument market. At any given time, we have roughly 500 guitars and basses in stock (both electric and acoustic), lots of drum sets, a wide selection of instrument amplifiers, and a very diversified sound system department, as well as a huge selection of accessories.

We sell products to beginners as well as the professional traveling bands. One of our biggest and most expanding departments for the last 10 years has been our lesson program; we are very proud of our knowledgeable teaching staff, which is known as one of the best in the state. Make N Music also rents small sound systems to churches , schools, and weekend warriors who just need a sound system so they can play at their next show.

Another market that keeps growing from year to year is our installation division. We have installed sound systems in local high school football stadiums and indoor gymnasiums, meeting rooms, government facilities, and court rooms. If a system is needed, we can accommodate in the design as well as the installation.
