Looking to form NEW ROCK "radioplay" style band...Information: The project that I am trying to put together will be very profitable for all if I can get the right musicians together. Drummer looking for something heavy...Information: I’m a 24 year old drummer from Charles Town, WV. I have more than enough experience in live performance, recording, and writing original music under my belt. My equipment is top notch and highly professional. I even come packed with a couple major brand endorsements. My musical styles are highly varied, though my main musical interest is the hard stuff. I’d like to play something very heavy for this project. Now as for that playing style goes, I’m not a huge fan of riding on double bass all day long. It’s nice for accents and some heavy riffs or break downs but I do not like the sound of constant double bass throughout a whole song. The main sound I’d like to play in would be closely related but not focused around the sounds of Norma Jean, The Devil Wears Prada, Refused, and others of that sort. I’m not looking to make music my career, but if it turns out that way then it will just be an added bonus. I just want to have fun with no pressure to be the next big thing or the ‘top’ band in the music scene. I would prefer to join an established band but would not exclude myself from a developing band.
